Under 24 hours:
Customers may cancel at any time, but will not receive a refund. Customers may receive a digital credit to be used in the future, or may elect to move their shuttle to a later date at the time of cancel.
After the day of reservation:
No refunds shall be issued for reservations made in the past and not completed, or reservations that have been abandoned. Customers may receive a digital voucher for such trips to be used at a later time.
Exceptions may be made by agents only. Examples include family emergency, flight changes or cancellations beyond the customer’s control, or exigent factors that are not in the customer’s immediate control. Exceptions may be made for the last shuttle of the night. Exceptions may be made for group sales, group travel, group reservation portals and travels arranged through Green Ride Business services.
